Role Description Endeavor Schools is seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. This is more than a numbers role. The CFO will be a true partner to the CEO and executive team, shaping the future of an organization dedicated to giving children an exceptional start. What You'll Do - Drive Financial Strategy & Leadership (25%) - Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with our long-term vision. - Lead capital allocation, provide financial insights that fuel growth, and help position Endeavor for sustained success. - Lead Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis (25%) - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Ensure accurate, GAAP-compliant reporting and present meaningful financial insights to senior leadership and the board. - Ensure Accounting, Compliance & Risk Management (20%) - Maintain strong internal controls, oversee audits, and manage compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements. - Safeguard the organization through sound risk management practices. - Support Mergers & Acquisitions (15%) - Partner with our Chief Development Officer to evaluate, structure, and integrate acquisitions. - Lead financial due diligence and post-merger integration to support our growth strategy. - Manage Cash & Capital Structure (15%) - Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital. - Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners, and manage debt and equity financing as needed.
