We are looking for a veteran of technology transformation who is as comfortable building MLOps pipelines as they are communicating model risk to a C-suite audience. Come Join ReSource Pro! Your role... The Principal, Technology Solutions is a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner who bridges the gap between complex AI innovation and core P&C insurance operations. You will drive the design, development, and delivery of transformative technology solutions, focusing on AI platform integration and the modernization of core insurance ecosystems. As a trusted advisor, you will lead clients through the full engagement lifecycle—navigating high-risk implementations, migrations, and cutover activities with precision. You don't just design the strategy; you bring the execution discipline and technical depth required to ensure proposals are realistic, risks are mitigated, and business outcomes are measurable. We hire the best because we believe great people create exceptional experiences. That’s why we hire individuals who not only bring talent and passion, but who thrive in our unique culture and live out our Core Values: Commitment to Community, Teamwork, Passion for Excellence, Service-Centric, and Best Self. Strategy & Opportunity Shaping - Act as the lead SME in shaping, architecting, and closing large-scale AI-driven engagements. - Partner with Sales and Client Executives to refine the opportunity pipeline, ensuring technical feasibility and commercial viability. - Lead discovery workshops to assess client pain points and technical environments, developing blueprints, integration patterns, and roadmaps that align with business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and technical narratives for complex RFP responses. Technical Delivery & Execution - Oversee the delivery of technology engagements from design through transition, maintaining high quality and alignment with client expectations. - Manage technical alignment and delivery quality across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring commitments are met on time and within budget. - Develop reusable accelerators—including playbooks, templates, and APIs—to standardize deployments and reduce total cost of ownership for clients. Mentorship & Partnerships - Equip sales teams with high-impact pitch decks, use cases, and technical briefs that effectively communicate the value of AI in the P&C space. - Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration and best-in-class technical standards. - Strengthen and manage strategic partnerships with platform providers and systems integrators to enhance our delivery capabilities. To be successful, you will need... - 10+ years in technology consulting or enterprise transformation - 5+ years leading AI, ML, or intelligent automation initiatives - Demonstrated experience shaping and closing large AI-driven deals - Deep understanding of: Machine learning & predictive modeling, Large Language Models (LLMs) & RAG architectures, Intelligent document processing, AI governance & model risk management, MLOps & AI platform integration - Strong business acumen and financial modeling capability - Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems - Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical executives - Experience with system architecture, integration design, and insurance-specific workflows. - Demonstrated experience in integrating AI and automation capabilities in technology solutions. - Familiarity with common APIs, middleware tools, and batch processing techniques in insurance IT ecosystems. - Deep understanding of property & casualty insurance lines and operations (policy, billing, claims). - Demonstrated in-depth understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional SDLC delivery methodologies.
