We are seeking an On-call Strata Admin & Front Desk Support Officer to support our Australian clients. This role requires a proactive and dependable individual who can provide timely assistance as needed. You will handle calls via BRIA, answers on-call, emergency calls, after-work hours calls. On call coverage: - Australian Public Holidays - Western Australia Holidays - Saturday 8:30 AM - Monday 8:30 AM Work Arrangement: - On-call work from home - Preferably within Pampanga only, candidates are required to visit onsite during interviews and on your first day Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly to on-call requests and provide timely support - Answer and manage phone calls, transferring or escalating when necessary - Assist with general administrative duties including correspondence preparation and tracking - Coordinate service requests, maintenance issues, and complaint resolutions - Arrange and communicate with contractors as required - Perform other assigned duties as needed

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of strata experience preferably in customer-facing roles
  • Experience or familiarity with strata management, property, or real estate sectors is a plus
  • Capability to work flexible on-call hours and respond promptly to client needs
  • Fluent and clear English communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and comfortable following standard procedures independently
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
