Job Description

Revenue Operations Director

Presidio

• Collaborate with Senior VP of Sales (SVP) to determine monthly and quarterly sales commits • Monitor, review, and report forecasting and pipeline activity within an assigned business segment • Engage with the sales organization to drive behaviors within Salesforce.com that lead to accurate pipeline creation and consistent forecast hygiene • Work in partnership with SVP to plan and communicate go-to-market strategies, tech refresh, and other sales campaigns • Team with our national contracts organization to ensure compliance with all contract-driven sales processes • Contribute to new account manager onboarding to ensure that account managers are enabled to be successful within the assigned segment • Generate and review territory analytics reporting around key sales data to help support management decision making • Seek to improve internal productivity and customer experience by identifying gaps and areas for enhancement within our current sales processes • Act as a primary negotiator and signer of Presidio legal agreements (MSA, NDA, etc) • Work with internal and external teams with structuring and executing of complex deals • Coordinate and execute customer business reviews for high-touch clients on a monthly/quarterly basis • Contribute to weekly forecast and commit calls for all sales regions within the segment

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • 10+ years of experience in IT sales operations management required
  • Ability to lead both managers and individual contributors
  • Operational experience in dealing with key vendor partners (Cisco Systems, EMC, VMWare)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel

About the role The Revenue Operations Manager will play a central role in scaling our go-to-market engine as our Sales team doubles in size and we enter our next phase of rapid growth and consistent profitability.
