About the role The Revenue Operations Manager will play a central role in scaling our go-to-market engine as our Sales team doubles in size and we enter our next phase of rapid growth and consistent profitability. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Product, and our Business Systems team to optimize systems, data, pilot programs and processes that drive predictable revenue and world-class homeowner experiences. You’ll help define and track pipeline visibility, forecasting, and conversion performance across the full funnel, helping unlock meaningful improvements in efficiency and growth. This is also an exciting opportunity to explore and implement cutting-edge AI use cases across Sales and Customer Experience, shaping how we operate at scale. Your responsibilities - Partner with GTM leadership to define and operationalize revenue strategy - Lead cross-functional initiatives to support company-wide growth goals - Develop and maintain KPI frameworks across the full funnel (lead → funded), including weekly pipeline reviews, monthly conversion analysis, and quarterly forecasting. Own the single “source of truth” for GTM performance - Build processes and pilots to improve conversion rates and time to fund and drive projects through planning and execution - Identify operational bottlenecks and implement structured, measurable improvements - Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership, including designing and building dashboards and executive reporting (Sigma experience a strong plus) - Evaluate and help implement tools and tool improvements that improve efficiency across the GTM stack - Support compensation design and manage commission calculations process and tooling About you - 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or related analytical role such as Investment Banking or Consulting. - Experience building processes in early- to mid-stage startup environments. - Proven ability to distill complex ideas into digestible actions. - Deep understanding of sales systems, system optimization, and user experience. - Proficient in SQL. - Experience using Sigma or other BI tools preferred. - Familiarity with financial products in a B2C environment. - Salesforce Admin certification preferred. Point has identified the expected annual base salary for this role at this level based on the market by tiers (Region | Location | Market Salary): - Tier 1 | San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and Seattle | $133,950 - $148,050 - Tier 2 | Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Portland, Sacramento, Philadelphia, Los Angeles & Santa Barbara | $120,650 - $133,350 - Tier 3 | All other US metro areas | $110,200 - $121,800 This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews, coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors, to determine final compensation. Responsibilities Essential Functions Claims Management: - Submit accurate claims for infusion therapies, injectable medications, and physician-administered drugs to insurance payers. - Track claims to ensure timely processing and reimbursement. - Identify and address claim rejections and denials promptly. Accounts Receivable Monitoring: - Reconcile payments and outstanding balances for infusion and injectable drug claims. - Maintain detailed records of payer communications and payment status. - Follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims. Role Description We’re looking for a System Enablement Specialist to join our System Enablement team, part of our Information Systems department. You will be a strategic partner to our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, acting as the essential bridge between our internal product team and go-to-market users. In this role, your purpose is to directly impact sales effectiveness by creating and delivering high-quality enablement content.
