Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative support role
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with calendar management and scheduling software
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Proficiency with email management and correspondence handling
- Experience with Google Workspace or similar cloud-based collaboration tools

This is a privately billed service (no Medicare hassle), so you'll be able to focus on delivering excellent care with patient satisfaction as a top priority.
