Department OverviewTEST SYSTEM ENGINEERING ( TSE ) is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Test systems before they are released for production. This involves designing, executing, and analyzing various tests to identify defects, verify functionality, and ensure the test software meets product-specified requirements on specific test implementation. Job Description - Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains factory test scripts for the organization’s products and systems. - Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. - Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation. - Plan and schedule the test requirement implementation - Provide Test system support in various EMS sites ( local and overseas) Basic Requirements - This position will work onsite from Guadalajara. Candidate must reside in Guadalajara - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering. Candidate with Master's Degree will have an added advantage. Candidate must possess below experience and knowledge : - Manufacturing test process for board and full product - Test station, equipment and fixture debugging skill - DFT Design Rules for test related process - Test station and fixture wiring diagram - Familiar with NI TestStand & LabVIEW software will be added advantage - Familiar with RF fundamental knowledge will be added advantage - Familiar with statistical tool such as Minitab will be added advantage - Excellent communication, organization, reporting and analytical skills individuals with strong personal interaction skills are encouraged to apply. - Self motivated with high level of initiative and energy. - Willingness for domestic and international travel (when applicable) #LI-DR2 Travel RequirementsUnder 10% Relocation ProvidedNone Position TypeExperienced Referral Payment PlanYesEEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer. • Schedule and conduct onsite vendor food safety and quality assessments through collaboration with Internal Stakeholders for new potential vendors • Maintain current supplier approval schedule and conduct re-evaluation audits per the defined frequency • Thoroughly assess vendor risks as it relates to various product types (i.e., Meat, poultry, egg, dairy, baked goods, fruit/vegetables, food additives/ingredients, etc.) and applicable regulations (i.e. USDA and FDA) and Quality Standards (i.e. SQF, BRC, etc.) • Write reports and communicate findings in a timely manner to execute prompt closure to identified nonconformances • Follow up with suppliers on corrective action plans as needed to ensure the appropriate level of action is taken to eliminate nonconformance • Work with suppliers to improve their overall service level, including compliance to specifications and COA requirements • Identify, measure, implement and report on continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain program (i.e. Supplier Performance metrics, etc.) • Further develop and evolve food safety and quality risk assessment criteria and supplier qualification programs, assist with HACCP and Food Safety Plans as needed • Assist in analyzing complaint data as it relates to raw materials to identify trends and opportunities with vendors to drive continuous improvement • Assure programs, policies and procedures are compliant and kept current • Input supplier data within the computerized quality management system to ensure current information is maintained
