• Own the end-to-end data operations lifecycle—from process definition through execution, quality control, and continuous improvement. • Ensure that the data powering our products is accurate, efficient to produce, and operationally reliable at scale. • Act as the operational bridge between local data collection, labeling teams, and product/engineering. • Translate real-world constraints into scalable systems and measurable outcomes. • Manage a multi-faceted talent pool of distributed teams, leveraging 'in the trenches' experience to collect and annotate data at scale.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years experience leading data operations, data labeling, QA/QC, or similar operational workflows.
  • 3 years of management experience.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to design processes *and* execute them.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and field teams.
  • Experience working with real-world, messy data (images, catalogs, physical environments).
  • You have personally annotated data for shipped computer vision models.
  • Bias toward ownership, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

NinjaTrader is seeking a Trading Operations Associate to join our dynamic Trade Desk, Operations, and Risk Management teams. In this role, you'll support our brokerage customers with trade-related assistance through world-class, timely email and phone communication. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy team player who thrives in both fast-paced and slower market environments.
