As an EHS Solutions Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, bridging practical EHS expertise with modern software solutions. Client Engagement & EHS Consulting - Act as a subject matter expert across EHS domains, supporting sales, marketing, product, services, and customer success teams. - Partner with customers and prospects to understand their EHS challenges, priorities, and maturity levels. - Provide strategic, tailored recommendations that help clients improve safety performance, compliance, and operational efficiency using Intelex solutions. - Build long‑term relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers. - Analyze customer processes, data, and systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Sales Strategy & Enablement - Collaborate with sales and pre‑sales teams to support complex opportunities across industries and markets. - Participate in customer assessments, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions. - Demonstrate Intelex software and articulate how it delivers measurable EHS outcomes. - Contribute to sales enablement materials, including industry use cases, personas, playbooks, and training. - Support the development of customer ROI models and business cases. Marketing & Thought Leadership - Partner with marketing to support campaigns that position Intelex as a trusted EHS thought leader. - Create and deliver content such as webinars, presentations, case studies, and articles. - Participate in customer councils, roadshows, and roundtable discussions. Product & Solutions Strategy - Act as a voice of the customer, sharing insights and feedback with product teams to inform roadmap and innovation. - Stay current on EHS regulations, industry trends, and emerging best practices. - Identify ecosystem partners that enhance customer value and differentiate Intelex in the market. - Support proof‑of‑concept initiatives and innovative, first‑of‑their‑kind solutions. Training & Knowledge Sharing - Develop and deliver training for customers and internal teams on EHS best practices and effective software use. - Share success stories and lessons learned across the organization. Industry Engagement - Represent Intelex at industry conferences and trade shows. - Contribute to strategic planning by bringing forward market insights and customer feedback. What You Bring? Practice Transformation Consultant (Temporary) Job Summary The Practice Transformation Consultant will work to improve patient care by implementing prescribed evidence-based care management and practice transformation strategies. Will work with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), physicians and other patient care providers in meeting quality performance objectives through data collection, data analysis, process outcome evaluation, and other PDSA rapid cycle quality improvement methods.
