The Bazaarvoice services team is looking for candidates experienced with delivering Web technologies in a professional services capacity delivering the scope of work in an allocated number of hours and days. This individual will be responsible for all phases of the client’s projects including planning, design, implementation, configuration, data transformation, training and transition to other teams. As you will be consulting our US clients, your work hours will be from 16:00 to 01:00, Monday - Friday. Salary starts from 2000 EUR gross per month (including additional night hours bonus) depending on the experience and skills the candidate will bring to the role. What You Will Do - Implement the full feature set of the Bazaarvoice core platform to deliver maximum value. - Manage project scope, changes, issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process. - Proactively prioritize tasks, track contract status, and mitigate scope creep to ensure project success. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Engagement, and Client Success teams to align objectives. - Own the end-to-end implementation process, from Technical Kickoff to Production QA. - Understand client objectives and KPIs to effectively configure and customize solutions. - Train end users and ensure adherence to best practices for Pixel, SEO, and Syndication. - Become an expert in Bazaarvoice products, methodologies, and tools to provide high-level support. - Manage configurations, data migration, and validation to ensure smooth transitions. - Coach client technical teams and communicate potential risks and issues in a clear, actionable way. - Build and manage multiple client relationships, while tracking progress and tasks in Certinia. - Contribute to team collaboration, continuous process improvements, and knowledge sharing. • Assist with configuration of metadata, forms, dashboards, business rules, and security within Oracle EPM Cloud applications. • Support data loads, mappings, and reconciliation checks using Data Management and standard Oracle integration capabilities. • Prepare and execute test scripts, document configurations, capture defects, and maintain implementation and support documentation. • Provide first-line support for user queries, data load issues, and application functionality, escalating complex issues when required. • Assist with minor enhancements, report development, dashboard updates, and automation activities to improve system usability. • Actively participate in project activities, knowledge transfer sessions, and certification pathways to build Oracle EPM Cloud capability.

• Coordinate with business development teammates to properly transfer sales cycle knowledge for each new implementation the IPM will manage. • Drive exceptional, consistent project management for concurrent projects. • Translate business needs into comprehensive project plans including objectives, timeline, deliverables, budget and quality standards for the entire life cycle of the project. • Serve as the day-to-day project lead, ensuring the progress of teams against established goals. • Coordinate with leaders to secure needed resources based on availability and talent needed. • Communicate closely with account teams and customer contacts throughout the implementation so that all parties understand tasks, deadlines and items that put timelines at risk if delays occur. • Manage customer expectations and raise appropriate issues to Director of Operations and other leaders. • Drive results with all parties (EBTech/account team/customer/carriers) • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer contacts through efficient, quality execution of projects, effective communication, and value-added consulting advice • Train customers on use of new tools and approaches • Follow organizational and line of business processes, protocols and quality standards in the development and deployment of solutions.
