We are looking for Technical Delivery Manager (Backend / ML) Your main tasks will be: - Own end-to-end delivery across ML and backend teams - Act as a bridge between ML and R&D, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration - Manage priorities, dependencies, and cross-team communication - Identify and eliminate bottlenecks impacting time-to-market - Ensure that features are delivered to production without loss of context or quality - Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and DevOps teams - Support teams in task decomposition and prioritization from a technical perspective - Drive execution in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment We expect from you: - Strong engineering background (Backend or Machine Learning) - Solid understanding of system architecture and technical dependencies - Hands-on mindset and ability to dive into technical details when needed - Experience working with cross-functional teams - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - High level of ownership and adaptability - Confidence working in dynamic, high-pressure environments - 5+ years of experience, including: - hands-on development experience - experience in delivery / team leadership / management roles What do we offer: - REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time; - Vacation 28 calendar days per year; - 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; - Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; - 50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings; - Corporate discount for English lessons; - Health benefits.
