• Design, implement, and optimize system‑level components using C/C++ • Develop and enhance features across the TCP/IP protocol suite , including packet processing, routing, and L2/L3 functionality • Work with Linux networking , kernel namespaces and sockets • Implement multithreaded modules , ensuring thread‑safe design, synchronization, and concurrency performance • Analyze and optimize memory management , CPU utilization, interrupt handling, and related performance bottlenecks • Perform systematic debugging using tools such as gdb, perf, tcpdump, and kernel tracing • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including QA, DevOps, and platform engineering for integration and feature delivery • Document design details, test plans, and technical findings; clearly communicate results to engineering stakeholders

• Own the architecture, design, and delivery of core systems and networking components. • Lead the design and development of advanced networking and system-level modules in C/C++. • Develop and enhance features across the TCP/IP protocol suite, including packet processing, routing, and L2/L3 functionality. • Drive performance optimization, including CPU core utilization, memory behavior, threading models, and interrupt mitigation strategies. • Guide the team in adopting best practices for debugging, instrumentation, profiling, and performance tuning. • Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to align technical direction with platform roadmap. • Mentor engineers on multithreading, system design, and code quality. • Review architecture specifications, design documents, and implementation plans for correctness, scalability, and maintainability. • Present results and architectural recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

• Define architecture for high-performance networking systems involving protocol stacks, data-plane components, and distributed system interactions. • Lead design decisions across TCP/IP enhancements, kernel networking stack behavior, and user-space vs. kernel-space trade-offs. • Architect scalable threading models, memory architectures, interrupt-driven systems, and performance-sensitive pathways. • Oversee system-level performance engineering, including profiling, workload modeling, and scalability analysis. • Partner with leadership, product teams, and cross-functional engineering groups to influence long-term roadmap and platform strategy. • Mentor technical leads and senior engineers; evangelize architectural best practices. • Produce high-quality design documents, technical strategy papers, and deep-dive analysis reports.
