• Conduct thorough pre-screening of all assigned candidates, managing a high volume of applicants and communications. • Administer assessment tests and conduct interviews using behavioral questions via phone or virtual meeting platforms. • Track and manage candidate information using spreadsheets, ATS, and other software. • Meet and exceed recruitment goals and metrics. • Deliver outstanding customer service to candidates, employees, and team members. • Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates. • Network within the community to establish relationships with key partners. • Adhere to all regulations, ensuring a fair and equitable recruitment process. • Perform additional duties as required.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Highly collaborative, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to navigate a large, complex organization to achieve results
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including pre-screening and interviewing abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to learn new systems, including HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- iCIMS experience is a plus
- Team player who is flexible and adaptable to rapid change
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed to meet client needs
- Ability to pass all pre-employment tests, including drug screening and background checks.

Role Description This is a temporary position that will not exceed 6 months in duration. Reporting to the Corporate Recruiting Manager, the Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the organization's recruitment process.
