• Identify and qualify prospective partners across the US and European markets • Research target companies, map decision-makers, and build personalized outreach • Surface asymmetric opportunities and bring deal concepts to leadership with clear framing: why this partner, why now, what's in it for Fi • Find the leverage points in a prospective partner's business and build a compelling mutual value proposition • Draft outreach, pitch decks, and early-stage deal frameworks • Manage early pipeline conversations and warm opportunities for senior leadership • Own day-to-day management of the partnerships you bring in; track performance, flag issues proactively, and ensure both sides are delivering • Identify expansion opportunities within existing relationships • Build internal tools and automate repetitive workflows to operate at leverage far above your title • Create scalable systems for prospecting, tracking, and managing partnerships • Stay ahead of the curve on AI tools relevant to BD and bring new capabilities to the team
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years in BD or partnerships, or equivalent demonstrated hustle; startup or high-ownership environment experience strongly preferred
- AI-native: you use AI as a force multiplier, building automations, writing prompts, thinking in systems. This is already how you work.
- A natural hunter who finds opportunities, qualifies them, and creates momentum from nothing

Aon Is Looking for a Sales Account Manager, Rewards Solutions As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting the Rewards Solutions group within Aon! Rewards Solutions is part of the Human Capital Solutions business, this role is within the Commercial Products group, including Aon and Radford Surveys and Services within North America. This position will be based in the United States and can be done remotely. Your Impact as a Sales Account Manager, Rewards Solutions Job Responsibilities: - Direct sales owning and managing a large book (100+ client accounts) while developing new clients and maintaining existing corporate clients across North American headquartered companies in the technology, life sciences, retail, manufacturing and a variety of sub-industries - Prospecting and outbound outreach to develop own pipeline for new business development is crucial to success; daily determination, perseverance, confidence and organization required - Work with prospects up through multiple levels of client organizations (up to CxO levels), spanning emerging companies to global enterprises, proactively developing and maintaining mutually beneficial positive relationships - Focused, active listening skills with innovation in solving to client and prospect objectives/needs with Radford solutions in a professional manner, always representing Aon/Radford principles - Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to negotiating terms of sales and closing business, within context of internal guidelines - Share responsibility for retention of clients with an internal Client Services team.
