• Calling show cues for the lighting and scenic teams for Raw/ Smackdown/ and other live tv events. • Collaborate with with creative, producing, and lighting team to develop new entrance concepts. • Serve as the central communication link between all production and creative departments ensuring everyone follows the same show flow. • Ensure all show elements are visually aligned, runs smoothly, and is ready for both the live audience and TV. • Work alongside production design team to assist in the designs of upcoming shows, including WWE live events and PLEs, NXT live events and PLEs, and any other WWE/TKO live events. • Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings from design sketches and concepts using CAD software such as Vectorworks (Spotlight), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Depence. • Work with lighting and video programmers to keep and active flow during programming sessions and weekly tv shows.
Role Description - Technical Drawing: Creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software such as Vectorworks Spotlight, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Depence that show the exact placement of lighting fixtures, trussing, motor hoist, SFX, stage elements, and other elements of the show to produce a consolidated drawing for all departments. - Data Management: Utilizing the built-in database tools in Vectorworks to manage patching, DMX addressing, and fixture schedules. - Virtual Visualization: Building 3D set models and conducting virtual walkthroughs to help visualize scenic elements to present to the executive team. - Collaboration: Liaising with the Design Team to ensure the lighting, video, rigging, and other scenic elements are accurately placed. - Site Surveying: Visiting stadiums, arenas, or other locations to take manual measurements and photos to ensure the "as-built" digital model matches the physical space. - Workflow Translation: Converting PDFs of architectural blueprints or art department sketches into functional Vectorworks files. Qualifications - 5 to 7+ years of experience managing and designing theater, live event productions, with television production experience strongly preferred. - Moderate proficiency in CAD-based design programs; experience with AutoCAD and/or SketchUp is also desirable. - Proficiency in Vectorworks: Strong 2D and 3D Vectorworks Spotlight skills, including layer and class management. Experience in live entertainment, events, or theater. - Attention to Detail: Ability to create precise, accurate, and organized technical documents. - Passion for WWE, sports entertainment, and live entertainment is preferred. - Must be able to work traditional and non-traditional hours. - Must be able to travel domestically and internationally. • The Senior Manager of Data Strategy will collect, interpret, and synthesize data to uncover property, category, audience, and cultural insights that best position TKO and its properties – including UFC, WWE, and PBR – as partnership powerhouses. • This individual will be Global Partnerships point person for collaboration with TKO Analytics team and third-party research vendors, extracting the most value from all resources. • The Senior Manager of Data Strategy will sit within the Marketing Solutions team, leveraging data and insights to support the initial pitch and contracting of partnerships, as well as measuring the delivery and success of active partnerships to support renewals. • Collaborate with internal TKO Analytics team to understand viewership measurement from media rights holders and syndicated sources across TKO properties; establish clear guidelines and timelines for viewership data deployment within Global Partnerships. • Work with internal Revenue Strategy and Product Development teams to centralize metrics and create accessible dashboards for Global Partnerships team. • Liaise with third-party partnership study vendors to establish benchmarks and analyze data on an asset and property level. • Explore and become point person for full breadth of syndicated research tools, custom studies, and outside sources available to support Global Partnerships. • Craft insights-driven narratives to validate partnership outreach collateral and proposals; participate in pitch calls to help present narratives.
