Role Description As a Program Manager within the Infrastructure team, you will work across our portfolio of programs within Infrastructure, with a focus on cross-cutting programs for IT and work tracking solutions at Stripe. You’ll partner with our Engineering teams to shape and build the future of Corporate Technology at Stripe. This includes both individual and team work in areas such as: - Automating workflows, creating self-service opportunities or implementing agentic solutions. - New system implementations (e.g. RFPs, Data Migration). - Deprecation and consolidation of low-usage SaaS productivity tools. - Mergers & Acquisitions (integrating acquired companies’ internal systems with ours). - Security, Audit, and Compliance programs. - Scaling org processes such as our Program Delivery Lifecycle. - Upleveling how we track Key Results, Program updates, and generally align work across the products at Stripe. Responsibilities - Define and produce high quality written proposals, communications and documentation. - Develop, implement, and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs to achieve goals with well defined success criteria. - Help influence peers / stakeholders and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity. - Lead program status reviews and prepare regular stakeholder and executive communications. - Effectively set timelines and manage cross-functional project teams to deadlines through the proactive management of blockers, scope, shifting priorities, and risks. - Interface with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders across Stripe. - Propose, refine and implement process improvements and drive efficiencies across Corporate Technology. - Effectively manage change, shift gears comfortably, decide and act without having the total picture, and handle risk and uncertainty. Qualifications - 2+ years of software engineering, systems engineering and/or program management experience. - Excellent analytical skills; you digest complex information, can distill it and make recommendations and proposals. - You have a track record of providing program management during all phases of software development from kick-off to launch, demonstrating critical thinking, challenging the norms and thought leadership. - You have very strong written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders, teams and senior leaders around the organization. - You can drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions and bring a wealth of experience, opinions, proposals and best practices. - Experience operating autonomously and rapidly and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones. Preferred Qualifications - You are comfortable working with geographically distributed teams. - You are empathetic to customer needs but visionary enough to not just deliver a faster horse. - You are excited about collaborating with teammates across Stripe’s organization.

We are seeking a Middle Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to own and evolve a predominantly Azure-based infrastructure environment. This is a hands-on, senior-level individual contributor role with high autonomy and responsibility across cloud infrastructure, identity, endpoint management, and security.  The right person serves as a technical authority across the Microsoft ecosystem, responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving a cloud-first environment that supports a distributed workforce and field operations at scale.
