Job Description This role serves as a key legal advisor to the Revenue organization, partnering closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, and cross-functional stakeholders to help drive commercial outcomes while managing legal and business risk. Provides practical, solutions-oriented counsel on commercial sales matters, including customer contracting strategy, negotiation support, and interpretation of key terms across a range of customer agreements. Leads and oversees the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial contracts (e.g., master agreements, order forms, statements of work, renewals, amendments, and related documents) by aligning deal terms with company policies and applicable laws. Establishes scalable contracting frameworks and playbooks by developing and maintaining templates, clause guidance, approval pathways, and escalation mechanisms to improve consistency and cycle time.
