Looking for a Associate Director, Product Marketing The Associate Director, Product Marketing will be responsible for leading how Open World’s platforms and products are brought to market. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role focuses on positioning, go-to-market strategy, and driving adoption. You will define how our products are introduced, how they are understood by customers, and how they scale over time. You will work closely with product, strategy, and leadership to ensure our platforms are clearly differentiated and effectively marketed in a competitive landscape. On any given day you'll be... - Defining product positioning, value propositions, and core messaging. - Translating platform capabilities into clear use cases and customer benefits. - Ensuring consistency across all product-facing communications. - Leading go-to-market strategy for product launches and major updates. - Defining target audiences, key use cases, and rollout plans. - Aligning marketing strategy with product roadmap and business goals. - Driving execution across marketing, strategy, and campaign teams. - Owning launch planning and execution across channels. - Developing distribution strategies across social, community, and owned channels. - Identifying the right mix of paid, organic, and partner-driven growth. - Ensuring products are effectively introduced and adopted in the market. - Defining strategies to drive product adoption, usage, and retention. - Owning development of core product marketing assets including positioning frameworks, launch decks and GTM narratives, sales and client-facing materials, and case studies and adoption stories. - Elevating how products are presented internally and externally. - Using product data, user behavior, and market trends to inform strategy. - Identifying key customer segments and growth opportunities. - Translating insights into actionable recommendations. - Continuously optimizing positioning and go-to-market approach. - Partnering with product, strategy, and campaign teams to ensure alignment. - Driving accountability across teams to deliver successful launches. - Helping establish scalable frameworks for product marketing. Ideally, you... - Are able to lead positioning, go-to-market strategy, and product adoption efforts. - Are comfortable working closely with product, strategy, and leadership teams. You must have... - 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, growth, or related roles. - Experience bringing platforms, tools, or digital products to market. - Strong understanding of social, influencer, or platform ecosystems. - Proven ability to define positioning and execute go-to-market strategies. - Experience driving product adoption and usage. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Ability to build clear narratives and high-quality materials. - Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
