Cross-Functional & Executive Leadership • Act as the pricing thought leader and executive partner across the Business, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Compliance. • Build a deep relationship with Treasury to manage the Fx rate inputs to the pricing system. • Influence senior stakeholders through clear, data-backed recommendations and structured decision frameworks. • Build and develop high performing pricing talent and foster a culture that treats pricing as a core general management discipline. WHO YOU ARE Experience • 10+ years in pricing within fintech, payments, or related domains. • Strong background in growth and transformation business environments. Capabilities • Deep understanding of pricing economics, including FX based pricing, fees, elasticity, corridor level performance, and customer segmentation. • Strong analytical and financial acumen, paired with the ability to translate insights into clear strategic and operational decisions. • Comfortable leading experimentation and using data to inform continuous optimization. • Exceptional communication skills—able to explain complex technical/financial concepts simply. • High bias for action; thrives in fast moving, evolving environments.
