• Technical assessment and planning coordination • Surveying and documenting heating, ventilation and building-services-specific as well as structural details as the basis for project planning • Preparation of sound quotations and measurement documents, and close coordination with specialist planners to ensure precise and implementable execution planning • Site coordination with subcontractors and clients • Organizing, managing and supervising external contractors on site while complying with schedule, cost and quality requirements • Ongoing coordination with clients and partners to ensure smooth project progress and early resolution of technical issues • Responsibility for project documentation, billing and follow-up to ensure transparency and cost-effectiveness • Technical and disciplinary leadership of site managers and coordination of internal project stakeholders • Support and control of building services systems in cooperation with the central control room and client representatives • Identifying and implementing technical and organizational optimization opportunities to increase efficiency during ongoing operations

• Participate in meetings with the external and internal stakeholders • Communicate and manage the relationship between the project team and other teams such as Delivery, Training, and Customer Support • Creating and maintaining projects from the early stages, through development, entering production, testing, to maintenance and further development and support • Managing physical and financial resources to meet project milestones • Managing project documentation and status reports • Managing project performance • Risk management to minimize project risks.

• Design and implement Project Management processes, frameworks, and governance for engineering teams with no existing PM structure • Establish project delivery standards, cadences, rituals, and documentation practices aligned with Agile and Scrum principles • Act as the primary Project Management partner for Engineering, working across multiple teams and reporting lines • Drive adoption and consistent use of Jira and Confluence, defining workflows, reporting, and visibility standards • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies • Build and lead a small Project Management team • Coach and support engineering teams and stakeholders in project discipline, prioritization, and delivery best practices • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing transparency on progress, risks, and improvement opportunities
