• Supplier integration • Support the supplier onboarding, selection and approval process in cooperation with Sourcing teams • Assess the compliance of suppliers’ Quality Management System (QMS) and their manufacturing processes through thorough, relevant process audits • Record and track action plans and manage supplier approvals in the supplier database • Conduct SWOT analyses to prepare the First Piece Qualification (FPQ) process with an appropriate qualification plan and an Inspection Test Plan (ITP) • Implement the first-product qualification process • Lead and execute first-article qualification programs with suppliers • Manage suppliers’ product qualification plans in line with business and product needs • Ensure suppliers have the necessary design, manufacturing and control processes to deliver products that meet GE Power Conversion & Storage requirements • Train and support suppliers on company processes and tools, and ensure correct implementation • Monitor and control the steps leading to supplier product qualification • Ensure product and process compliance

• Design independent web cases for each newly developed web application. • Provide feedback to developers about automated testing strategies, design fixes, and patches. • Perform system load tests for new products. • Manage and train apprentices, junior testers, and new developers. • Work with other quality technicians to document the quality processes for replication in other locations. • Manage testing projects during each phase, according to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Make improvements to functionality, design, and usability of new products.

Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications - 1-2 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing. - Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies (Agile, Scrum). - Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Appium. - Familiarity with API testing using Postman, Newman, or similar tools. - Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI). - Knowledge of version control systems like Git. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Bonus: Experience with mobile testing (React Native, Android, or iOS) and performance or load testing tools.
