• You are the trusted advisor for Aras subscribers, responsible for driving adoption, business outcomes, and long‑term value realization of the Aras Innovator platform. • Lead subscriber adoption efforts by applying PLM, manufacturing, and enterprise application expertise to ensure customers successfully deploy and use Aras Innovator. • Coach subscribers on PLM best practices and conduct regular health checks and benchmarks. • Facilitate support escalations when needed to ensure subscribers remain on track. • Partner with subscribers and prospects to define desired business outcomes and identify realized and potential value from their PLM deployments. • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within subscriber accounts and conduct regular business reviews to measure progress toward objectives. • Support renewal activities and identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales and other Aras teams. • Contribute to renewal strategy and expansion planning for accounts within your region. • Develop tools, templates, and best practices that help subscribers succeed with Aras Innovator. • Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Perform manual and exploratory testing of cloud services and developer-facing products • Design, write, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test documentation • Test APIs, CLI tools, and service integrations • Test web-based UIs where applicable • Participate in requirements and design discussions to identify risks and improve testability • Work closely with developers to investigate issues and improve product quality • Validate fixes, reproduce issues, and help drive them to resolution • Contribute to testing strategies and overall quality improvements • Participate in and support test automation efforts when appropriate

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues, and efficiently troubleshooting and resolving problems. • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 support or other relevant teams, following established escalation protocols. • Manage and support Microsoft Intune for device management, security policies, and application deployment • Administer and Support Exchange Online, including user management and troubleshooting • Maintain and operate basic Virtual Machine related tasks in VMware ESXi virtualized environments. • General Understanding of Windows Server environments and related services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Services) • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting • Support Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications • Document IT procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Purchase, set up, and deploy new IT hardware and software, ensuring configurations align with organizational standards and security protocols. • AI Awareness & Innovation • General understanding of AI technologies relevant to IT operations • Ability to identify AI use cases in IT support automation, reporting, and knowledge management • Openness to adopting AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and user experience

• Define, document, and evolve engineering and product operating models • Build role-based playbooks and guardrails across engineering functions • Standardize planning, intake, prioritization, and execution processes • Establish clear ownership models and decision frameworks • Translate processes into clear, usable enablement materials (playbooks, guides, workflows) • Partner with Agile Coach and Engineering Leads to drive adoption across teams • Ensure new ways of working are understood, applied, and continuously improved • Identify gaps in adoption and refine processes based on real-world usage • Establish and run key operational cadences (planning cycles, KPI reviews, retrospectives) • Align Engineering and Product rhythms for better execution and visibility • Introduce lightweight governance to ensure consistency without slowing teams down • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to align on priorities and execution models • Resolve ambiguity in roles, responsibilities, and workflows • Drive clarity in how workflows across teams and functions • Identify execution friction and systemic inefficiencies • Iterate on processes based on team feedback and performance data • Work closely with the Engineering Systems & Insights Lead to align process with metrics • Ensure processes evolve with organizational maturity

• Leads execution of workshops and deployment projects • Ensure that both Development and Partners provide accurate and timely feedback • Develops the statements of work, Professional Services quotations, and budgetary estimates • Lead the creation of project deliverables including both technical and business elements • Provides guidance and signoff on statements of work, budgetary estimates, and timing plans • Perform the overall day-to-day Project Management to ensure that deliverables are achieved within time/cost/quality constraints • Leads all project communication, gate reviews, risk management, and open issue activities.

• Act as a leader for AI adoption across Engineering, helping teams identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies and enabling safe and effective adoption of AI capabilities, tools, and development practices across the organization. • Own end-to-end delivery for a defined product area, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and compliance with engineering and security standards; proactively track progress, risks, and dependencies, and escalate early when needed. • Lead multiple agile teams (typically 2–3) to deliver high-quality outcomes while coordinating work across shared resources such as architects, SMEs, and external partners; prioritize and sequence work, negotiate availability, and resolve conflicts. • Partner closely with Product Management to align backlog priorities with roadmap commitments and ensure predictable execution. • Own capacity planning and allocation across strategic initiatives, operational work, technical debt, and discovery activities (PoCs/spikes); continuously optimize for focus, minimize context switching, and adjust allocations as scope evolves. • Act as the primary delivery contact for group-level matters; clearly communicate delivery status, risks, blockers, trade-offs, and capacity constraints to stakeholders. • Line-manage the engineering group, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, feedback, and fostering overall team health and engagement. • Drive innovation within the product area by identifying opportunities, sponsoring experiments, and encouraging teams to explore new approaches while balancing delivery commitments. • Promote and reinforce a strong engineering culture focused on accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Ensure architectural consistency by aligning teams with agreed technical direction and collaborating closely with the Group Architect. • Oversee and support Scrum and agile practices across teams (in collaboration with the Group Scrum Master), removing impediments to delivery. • Maintain sufficient technical context within the product area to assess risks, support technical leadership, and make informed delivery and capacity decisions. • Ensure transparency and predictability through clear metrics for throughput, flow efficiency, quality, and system stability. • Foster collaboration, mentorship, and talent development to strengthen long-term team capability and succession readiness. • Drive continuous improvement in engineering and delivery practices without disrupting ongoing commitments.
