Job Description

Associate Director, Digital Marketing

Indivior

• Lead the execution of non-personal promotion (NPP) initiatives across both HCP (Healthcare Professional) and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) channels. • Drive digital engagement and optimize content performance to support brand objectives. • Oversee website UX enhancements to improve engagement and conversion, in close collaboration with media plans. • Manage creation and adaptation of derivative content for various digital platforms. • Monitor and manage content expiration to ensure compliance and relevance. • Collaborate with HCP and Patient marketing leads to plan and optimize media plans for key audiences. • Manage key vendor relationships for media and digital strategy and content creation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry; 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of HCP and DTC marketing strategies and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale digital campaigns and media budgets.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital analytics, and content management systems.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with patient support programs and digital access tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Formtrak or similar access platforms (preferred).
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution (preferred).
