Head of Outsourcing

Deblock

As Head of Outsourcing, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing Deblock’s outsourcing and ICT risk management framework, in line with applicable regulatory requirements, including DORA. You will play a critical role in ensuring that third-party risks are properly identified, assessed and monitored, and that Deblock maintains a robust, compliant and scalable outsourcing environment. Working closely with Compliance, Risk, Tech and Operations, you will help shape the future of Deblock’s control framework in a fast-growing and highly regulated environment. Your ability to combine strong regulatory expertise with pragmatic execution and scalable processes will make you a key pillar of our organisation. We want to revolutionise the FinTech industry. And we need the best minds to do it 🧠 🚀 🧑‍💻 What You'll Be Working On - Design, implement and maintain a robust outsourcing framework, aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices; - Define outsourcing policies, procedures and governance standards across the organisation; - Perform and oversee vendor due diligence, including risk assessments (operational, ICT, compliance, financial); - Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date outsourcing/vendor register, including all required regulatory information; - Monitor outsourcing risks on an ongoing basis, including performance, incidents and concentration risk; - Define and implement key risk indicators (KRIs) and reporting mechanisms; - Ensure full compliance with DORA requirements related to outsourcing and ICT third-party risk.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Located in France.
