Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in outbound sales to support outbound lead generation and pipeline growth. This is a remote SDR role requiring availability during East Coast (EST) business hours, focused on engaging decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach - Identify and engage potential clients in need of marketing services - Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives - Research target accounts and tailor outreach messaging - Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM systems - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns - Track and report on outreach performance and KPIs - Consistently meet and exceed targets (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in customer-facing roles, or lead generation
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (paid ads, SEO, social media, etc.)
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to work East Coast (EST) hours
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience selling marketing services or SaaS solutions is a plus
