This role requires the candidate to be bilingual (Spanish–English) and have experience in taking declarations, drafting legal documents, and direct communication with clients.

Job Requirements

  • Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa)
  • Experience in taking declarations and drafting legal documents
  • Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately

Role Description En tant que chargé.e d'études contentieux pénal de l'urbanisme et affaires juridiques, vous apportez une analyse et rédigez des avis sur les infractions pour le compte des services du Procureur de la République. - Émettre des avis sur les procédures en cours en lien avec les collectivités locales. - Suivre la régularisation des infractions. - Veiller à l'obtention des décisions des tribunaux pour en permettre l'exécution. - Travailler sur l'émission des astreintes fixées par les juridictions. - Assurer le suivi et les éventuelles contestations. - Organiser les dossiers pour un accès partagé aux données du bureau sur cette thématique. - Veiller à ce que le logiciel de suivi des infractions soit convenablement renseigné. - Produire des tableaux et statistiques pour le suivi communal des dossiers d'infractions. - Intervenir dans les différentes activités du bureau, en particulier le contentieux administratif. - Côtoyer différents partenaires internes et externes tels que les services de la DDT, les structures régionales et nationales des ministères, les services de l'État en Essonne, les instances judiciaires et le Parquet, ainsi que les collectivités territoriales. - Participer à des outils et des formations pour monter en compétence. - Participer à un compagnonnage organisé au sein du bureau. Qualifications - Connaître et maîtriser les différentes procédures juridiques. - Appréhender les règles relatives à l'application du droit des sols, à l'urbanisme et à l'élaboration des documents de planification et d'urbanisme. - Connaître les structures et le fonctionnement de l'administration. - Savoir analyser un dossier en mettant en évidence les principaux points de droit. - Savoir construire et formaliser un argumentaire juridique. - Savoir adopter une organisation rigoureuse pour répondre dans des délais contraints. - Savoir rendre compte. - Savoir travailler en équipe. - Capacité à développer l'écoute et le dialogue.
