Job Requirements

  • We want you to succeed, so you will need:
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
  • 5+ years leading PMs or serving in a functional leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated experience operating in matrix or dotted-line reporting structures
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV, expansion)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
  • Proven experience balancing commercial pressure with product integrity
  • Growth-stage company experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in AgTech, IoT, data platforms, or workflow-heavy SaaS
  • Salary range: $185,000 to $210,000 USD per year

Essential Duties/Responsibilities - Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and the Key Account Manager (KAM) Director, ensuring alignment with national goals and objectives. - Leadership and Team Development - Develop and implement performance metrics and standards to drive accountability and success across the sales and key account teams. - Mentor and coach RSMs and the KAM Director to foster professional growth and optimize team performance. - Establish a collaborative and high-performing culture focused on achieving business objectives and delivering superior patient outcomes. - National strategy development and execution: - Lead the development and execution of the national sales and key account strategy to support the successful launch and growth of the bipolar disorder product portfolio. - Oversee the integration of regional and key account strategies to ensure alignment with national objectives. - Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and performance data to identify opportunities and refine strategies. - Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts and ensure cohesive execution of the product launch strategy. - Serve as the senior point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, both internally and externally, to represent the company’s strategic priorities and vision for the bipolar disorder portfolio. - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare systems, institutions, and other stakeholders to support the successful rollout of the product portfolio. - Collaborate with the KAM Director and RSMs to ensure consistent and effective engagement with the commercial sales team and key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and key accounts. - Monitor and evaluate national performance metrics, including regional sales goals, key account initiatives, and market penetration, to ensure achievement of business objectives. - Leverage CRM tools, analytics platforms, and other resources to track progress, measure success, and identify areas for improvement. - Ensure all activities conducted by the sales and key account teams adhere to regulatory guidelines, corporate policies, and ethical standards. - Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to senior leadership on national performance, challenges, and opportunities. - Lead the creation and execution of launch strategies for new products, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and key account teams. - Develop launch plans that include detailed timelines, resource allocation, and performance tracking to ensure successful market entry and sustained growth. - Monitor launch execution and adjust strategies as needed to address market dynamics and competitive challenges. Key Working Relationships - Reports to Senior Executive Leadership. - Directly manages Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and the Key Account Manager (KAM) Director. - Collaborates closely with client executive leadership and cross-functional teams Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required, Nursing or science related degree preferred. - Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or account management, with at least 5 years in leadership role managing teams on a regional or national level. - Demonstrated success in leading national or multi-regional teams in the CNS or mental health therapeutic space. - Proven experience in product launches, - Strong understanding of the bipolar disorder therapeutic landscape, including medications, treatment guidelines, and competitive landscape - Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage national-level initiatives. - Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, performance data, and competitive intelligence to inform strategies. - Superior interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders. - Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Comprehensive understanding of bipolar disorder, including its symptoms, treatment protocols, and patient impact. - In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, formulary processes, and access dynamics within national and regional healthcare systems. - Ability to travel nationally as needed required - Valid driver's license with safe driving record required - Successfully pass all required Amplity and client required training Key Performance Competencies - Leadership and Team Development - Strategic Thinking - Strong Clinical-Business Acumen - Decision-Making - Emotional Intelligence - Client and Stakeholder Management - Performance Management - Problem Solving - Adaptability Credentialing Requirements: As a representative of a pharmaceutical company, you may be required to submit and maintain credentials, such as training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers.  It is the Company’s expectation that you comply with the requirements outlined by the facilities on your call plans.
