In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-impact content across sales enablement, thought leadership, and content infrastructure. This is a hands-on role where you will create and manage a wide range of content assets that directly support revenue growth, brand positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. You will play a key role in enabling Sales and Partner teams, strengthening brand presence, and building scalable content systems across two tandem brands. Location: Canada, Remote Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: VP, Marketing What You’ll Do: Sales Enablement Content (Primary Focus) - 50% - Develop and manage high-quality sales enablement assets such as case studies, one-pagers, solution briefs, sales decks, and partner collateral. - Own and maintain the RFP content library, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability. - Create compelling “Why Us” narratives to support sales and alliance conversations. - Partner closely with Sales and Partner teams to align content with deal cycles and customer needs. Thought Leadership & Demand Generation Content - 30% - Produce blogs, whitepapers, guides, and eBooks to support brand positioning and pipeline generation. - Drive LinkedIn thought leadership and support paid campaign creatives (LinkedIn/Google Ads). - Contribute to multimedia content such as podcasts and analyst briefings. - Translate complex cybersecurity and identity concepts into engaging, audience-friendly narratives. Content Infrastructure & Operations - 20% - Manage and scale content libraries, templates, and internal repositories (e.g., SharePoint). - Leverage AI tools to improve content creation efficiency and scalability. - Support website content development, including page copy and wireframes. - Build and optimize reusable templates using tools like Canva and Gamma. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to align content with GTM priorities. - Manage multiple content streams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all assets. - Use SEO and analytics insights to optimize content performance and engagement. Success in This Role Will Be Measured By - Delivery and quality of sales enablement assets supporting revenue growth - Consistent production of high-quality thought leadership content - Measurable contribution to pipeline and campaign performance - Development of scalable, efficient content systems and processes Who We’re Looking For: - 8+ years of experience managing the full content lifecycle, including planning, creation, editing, and publishing. - Experience in IAM/Cybersecurity is strongly preferred and will be prioritized during evaluation. - Strong experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or cybersecurity/technology domains. - Proven ability to work independently in lean teams without heavy reliance on agencies or direct reports. - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with native-level English proficiency. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences. - Experience creating a wide range of assets including blogs, case studies, decks, landing pages, and campaign content. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams. - Solid understanding of SEO and content performance metrics. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Tools & Technologies: Canva (including motion/animated content), Gamma (presentations and content creation), Trello (workflow and project management), AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude), Figma (website and content collaboration), SharePoint (content management and libraries) Nice to Have: - Experience with HubSpot sequencing - Familiarity with RFP response tools (e.g., Responsive) - Prior experience in cybersecurity, identity, or professional services domains Compensation: The base salary range for this position is CAD $85,000 – $95,000.
