• Draft and format legal documents (demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests) fast —no 5-hour delays for 2-page tasks. • Manage client communication —respond to emails/calls with empathy and professionalism. • Organize case files —track records, documents, and deadlines. • Support attorneys with research, scheduling, and ad hoc tasks. • Spot inefficiencies —Be sharp on the assistance and maybe suggest templates or automations to speed up repetitive work.
