Odoo Functional Consultant
Workana
En Workana, buscamos un/a Consultor/a Funcional de Odoo para uno de nuestros clientes en España, que está consolidando y escalando sus operaciones en Odoo, con foco en la implementación, el soporte continuo y la evolución de procesos. Buscamos un perfil con autonomía operativa, capaz de interactuar directamente con cliente, entender necesidades de negocio y traducirlas en configuraciones funcionales dentro del sistema. Responsabilidades principales: - Gestionar soporte funcional de usuarios (nivel L2/L3): resolución de consultas, debugging funcional y análisis de errores. - Liderar implementaciones funcionales de módulos de Odoo (configuración, parametrización, validación con cliente). - Levantar requerimientos y mapear procesos de negocio (AS-IS / TO-BE). - Acompañar implementaciones end-to-end (setup → testing → go-live → soporte post implementación). - Capacitar usuarios finales y equipos internos (training funcional). - Documentar procesos, configuraciones y buenas prácticas. - Interactuar con perfiles técnicos para desarrollos o customizaciones (cuando aplique). Requisitos clave: - Más de 3 años de experiencia trabajando con Odoo en roles funcionales (implementación y/o consultoría). - Experiencia comprobable en implementación de múltiples módulos core, con dominio sólido de al menos 3 de los siguientes:Ventas (Sales), Compras (Purchase), Inventario (Inventory), Fabricación (MRP) o Contabilidad (Accounting). - Experiencia participando en implementaciones reales (no solo soporte). - Capacidad de manejar clientes de forma autónoma (calls, relevamiento, follow-ups). - Experiencia en troubleshooting funcional y resolución de incidencias. - Entendimiento de procesos de negocio (operaciones, supply chain, finanzas). - Buen nivel de comunicación y capacidad de capacitación. - Ubicación: América Latina de habla hispana. Conocimientos Deseables: - Experiencia con múltiples versiones de Odoo (Community / Enterprise). - Conocimientos técnicos (Python / desarrollo en Odoo) para entender alcance de customizaciones. - Experiencia integrando Odoo con otros sistemas (APIs). - Background en consultoría ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Habilidades esperadas: - Puede llevar una implementación funcional con baja supervisión. - Entiende impacto de configuración en procesos de negocio reales. - No solo ejecuta, sino que propone mejoras y optimizaciones. - Tiene criterio para priorizar requerimientos vs. complejidad técnica. - Puede manejar múltiples clientes o proyectos en paralelo. Condiciones contractuales: - Modalidad: 100% remoto. - Jornada: Tiempo completo (8 horas diarias). - Compensación: hasta 2.800 USD mensuales. - Tipo de contrato: Contratista a través de Workana. - Duración: 12 meses, con posibilidad de renovación basado en buen desempeño. • Maintain an assigned book of plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans. • Prepare (and/or review, based on experience) valuations and compliance testing pursuant to ERISA guidelines and IRS procedures: Calculate plan contributions to optimize tax savings while passing required testing; Perform additional required testing, such as General Testing (401(a)4), Compensation Ratio Testing (414(s) Testing), etc.; Prepare earned income calculation, as necessary, for an unincorporated employer; Prepare asset reconciliations, including trust accounting, as necessary. • Prepare (and/or review, based on experience) necessary government filings pursuant to IRS/DOL guidelines and requirements, included but not limited to Forms 5500, 5330, and Schedule SB. • Analyze plan documents and pro-actively recommend changes to accommodate client needs. • Assist plan sponsors with the plan termination process, including PBGC-covered plans. • Provide quality communication with the plan sponsor, advisors, and accountants. • Prepare preliminary design studies and projections for prospective clients. • Support actuaries and consultants to provide superior client service. • Prepare calculation of retirement distribution benefits. • Prepare PBGC premium filings and notices.
