Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field;
  • Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration is a strong plus.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or CSM certification is required;
  • Certification in ITIL or Change Management is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience as an IT/IS Project Manager,
  • Proven track record leading enterprise software implementation projects and business carve-out/demerger IT projects;
  • Direct experience managing EHS/OHS management system implementations is mandatory.
  • Direct working knowledge of the Intelex EHS/OHS platform (including its modules, data architecture, and administration) is required;
  • Experience with Intelex data migration or system replacement is a critical advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience leading IT system carve-outs, data separation, and platform migration projects in a corporate demerger/carve-out environment;
  • Strong working understanding of global and local OHS/EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, HSE, ISO 45001, GDPR for safety data) and how OHS management systems support regulatory reporting and compliance.
