• Build responsive, cross-client HTML email templates from design files or briefs using Stripo (or equivalent) • Maintain and update a modular email template library covering campaign types: partner onboarding sequences, university-specific announcements, event invitations, and newsletters. • Participate in proactive template development to identify opportunities to templatize recurring email formats. • Build nurture sequences aimed at moving students further down the funnel (application submission, deposit payment, enrollment confirmation, etc.). • Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues, broken layouts, and display inconsistencies across clients and devices. • Build and maintain campaign landing pages using Landingi that are responsive, fast-loading, and optimized for conversion.

• You develop automation and digitization solutions using cutting-edge low-code technologies. • You support the digital transformation of business processes. • You maintain oversight of existing system integrations and ensure consistently high data quality. • You actively contribute to the strategic and technological development of the technology portfolio and to modernizing our technologies, especially in the low-code area.

• Assist in developing UI components, dashboards, and data visualizations. • Help maintain and improve reusable component libraries. • Support implementation of client-side state and interactions. • Contribute to creating intuitive UIs for internal tools, AI models, and data workflows. • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize usability and performance. • Learn to identify and help address performance bottlenecks in frontend systems. • Take initiative on small projects and features with guidance from senior engineers.
