• Engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Tableau platform. • Build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and c-suite decision makers. • Drive the analytics discussion and identify use cases within accounts. • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts. • Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives. • Coordinate internal resources including product support, customer success, and sales engineering to meet customer business needs. • Manage complex sales-cycles and present C-level executives the value proposition of Tableau platform. • Define and complete territory/account sales plans and meet/exceed sales goals (quotas).

• Own monthly reporting end-to-end: validate data, prepare insight-driven memos, explain key trends and variances, and facilitate cross-functional discussions across Operations, Growth, and Finance • Manage commission payouts and the commission platform, resolve issues proactively, and partner with Sales leadership on payout strategy and target-setting • Build, maintain, and evolve Sales, Customer Service, and Underwriting headcount models, updating assumptions and improving forecasting accuracy to guide staffing decisions • Analyze performance metrics including conversion rates, call volume, talk time, and sales behaviors to identify workflow optimization opportunities • Own monthly Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) reporting, reconcile data with Finance and Accounting, and clearly articulate drivers of variance to plan and month-over-month movement • Lead proactive and ad-hoc analytical deep dives, transforming multiple datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations • Hire, onboard, and develop a junior analyst, establishing strong processes, accountability, and a scalable foundation for the function

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance or related field or equivalent experience. - 2+ years of experience working with large databases, data verification, and data management, or 1+ years IT experience. - Healthcare analytics experience preferred. - Working knowledge of SQL/query languages. - Preferred knowledge of programmatic coding languages such as Python and R. - Knowledge of statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques including basic data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis preferred. - Preferred knowledge of modern business intelligence and visualization tools. Role Description This role will serve as the Kentucky market Medicaid lead for membership, revenue, and VBP quality withhold reporting, forecasting, and analysis. The role will also be responsible for all DMS/state-related payments and reconciliations. - Compile and analyze financial information for the company. - Lead various financial projects. - Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. - Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. - Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management. - Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. - Handle complex and high-level financial analysis. - Present and discuss analysis with upper management.
