• Lead technical accounting across complex transactions, ensuring alignment with U.S. GAAP and business objectives • Own and elevate financial reporting processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles • Partner cross-functionally to assess accounting implications of new initiatives, contracts, and strategic decisions • Build and strengthen internal controls and SOX readiness, improving auditability and risk posture • Develop and maintain accounting policies, memos, and documentation to support external audits and internal governance • Drive process improvements and automation across accounting workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting (Big 4 preferred)
- CPA certification
- Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and technical accounting standards
- Experience leading or supporting financial reporting and close processes
- Strong experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Proven ability to write technical accounting memos and policy documentation
- Experience working in high-growth or evolving environments
