ServiceNow Solution Architect

Software Mind

• Design the target ServiceNow architecture with a strong focus on ITSM • Lead the definition and redesign of IT processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.) • Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams • Ensure alignment with best practices and ServiceNow standards • Support implementation teams during delivery and validate solution quality • Contribute to governance, roadmap, and long-term platform evolution

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience as Solution Architect or Senior Consultant in ServiceNow
  • Deep knowledge of ITSM processes and frameworks (ITIL)
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM module
  • Experience in designing or implementing ServiceNow platforms end-to-end
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into architecture
  • Very good English (client-facing role)
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITBM, SecOps)
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM or higher)
  • Experience in large-scale transformations or platform rebuilds
