Role Description Coral is building the operating system for healthcare group purchasing and procurement. Our platform delivers contract intelligence, purchasing discipline, and financial recoupment as a fully managed service to health systems and specialty providers. As we scale, we are seeking a Director, Procurement to lead the development and execution of our procurement-as-a-service pillar—from strategy through client delivery. This role spans three interconnected functions: - Upstream GPO and distribution sourcing strategy - Industry relations across Coral’s contract and data portfolio - End-to-end customer management from acquisition through account growth Over time, this leader will build and scale a standalone sourcing and procurement-as-a-service offering for organizations looking to fully outsource industry relations and centralized procurement to Coral. The ideal candidate is a seasoned GPO or healthcare supply chain individual who thrives in a high-growth environment and is energized by building a differentiated offering from the ground up. Qualifications - 5-8 years of experience in healthcare supply chain, procurement, or group purchasing (GPO) - Proven leadership experience within a GPO, health system, distributor, or healthcare services organization - Deep expertise in GPO contracting structures, administrative fees, rebate/discount programs, and procurement operations - Experience working closely with manufacturers, distributors, and health system stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships end-to-end, including executive-level stakeholders - Strong financial and analytical acumen - Experience designing or delivering managed services or outsourced solutions is preferred - Player-coach mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically - Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills - Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and comfortable building from zero to one - Industry experience with drug spend management, sourcing, cost management, and other procurement tools is preferable Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required Benefits - Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off Location Remote with limited travel to client locations, internal business meetings, and other locations as needed.

• Manage vendor contracts and supply agreements, including analyzing pricing updates and daily price change reports to identify discrepancies, cost impacts, and upcoming price increases, ensuring accurate financial management and informed purchasing decisions. • Review wholesaler supply issue notifications and assess potential operational impacts to proactively prevent disruptions to pharmacy services. • Prepare weekly summaries for management highlighting market changes, pricing shifts, and supply on hand status to support strategic planning and timely decision making. • Identify and recommend alternatives for products in shortage, including critical controlled substances, to maintain continuity of care and ensure uninterrupted patient support. • Adjust Min/Max levels based on usage trends, supply risks, and inventory performance to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations. • Place purchase orders and take proactive action to secure stable pricing and supply continuity, reducing financial exposure and ensuring availability of essential items. • Support purchasing and inventory workflows by coordinating with automation and reporting systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and process reliability. • Provide usage and compliance related inventory reports to vendors, especially for controlled substances, to meet regulatory expectations and maintain transparent procurement practices. • Monitor distributor and wholesaler pricing daily to ensure accurate cost management and prevent reliance on incorrect or inflated web listed prices. • Maintain controlled substance (CII) inventory records in full DEA compliance and oversee required physical and cycle count audits to ensure accuracy, safeguard high risk items, and uphold organizational standards. • Provide leadership and oversight for purchasing, receiving, and stocking staff to ensure a skilled, compliant, and high performing team that operates efficiently and meets organizational standards.

• Processing invoices through the client’s eProcurement portal in a timely fashion • Auditing the client’s account to ensure all appropriate eProcurement invoices have been submitted to the client • Prepares specialized invoice packages to facilitate accurate and timely delivery of packages to client • Submits invoices for eProcurement clients through the appropriate portal while adhering to the client’s invoice requirements • Maintains spreadsheets for all eProcurement clients to ensure all invoices are submitted in a timely manner • Logging invoices into eProcurement tracking in appropriate spreadsheet • Monitors the invoice mailbox of incoming purchase orders and routes to the appropriate facility supporting the work • Creates purchase order acknowledgements in web-based portals • Works with Clients and Consultants to request Change Orders/Work Orders if needed for eProcurement requirements • Updates Project Manager at facilities with eProcurement issues such as expired PO#s, overspent PO#s • Filing eProcurement invoices and removing paid invoice copies • Assisting Collectors and Cash Application Associates with client payment discrepancies

THE JOB Working in conjunction with our promoters, marketing and production teams, this position is responsible for the planning and execution of concerts, as well as responsible for managing the internal processes relating to these events.
