Lead Nurturing, Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects from CRM pipelines and lead generation sources • Reconnect with past leads and customers who were not previously reached • Follow up consistently with leads through phone, email, and text messaging • Engage prospects in conversational outreach rather than aggressive sales tactics • Schedule appointments for the internal sales team when qualified prospects express interest • Update CRM records with call notes, statuses, and follow-up actions • Track outreach attempts and ensure consistent follow-up sequences • Maintain organized communication records across the client database • Reach out to past customers to inform them about new services, offerings, or promotions • Maintain regular communication to keep the company top-of-mind with prospects and existing clients • Provide daily activity updates including number of calls, contacts reached, and appointments scheduled • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure appointments and follow-ups are properly managed.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales calling roles
  • Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (good to have)
  • Ability to maintain consistent call volume and follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable working in construction or home services industries
  • Professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills.
