As a Demand Generation Manager, you'll support the strategy and execution of programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue. You’ll help run integrated campaigns across channels, optimize conversion throughout the funnel, and collaborate closely with content, product marketing, sales, and revenue operations. Key Responsibilities - Support the development and execution of demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth - Execute integrated campaigns across: - Paid search - Paid social - Display & retargeting - Email - Events & partnerships - Assist in building and optimizing lead nurture programs to improve conversion rates - Collaborate with content and product marketing on campaign messaging and assets - Track campaign performance and analyze results to inform future improvements - Help manage marketing automation workflows and maintain data accuracy in HubSpot and CRM systems - Assist with budget tracking and campaign spend optimization - Contribute to testing new growth channels and tactics
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (demand gen, growth, or similar)
- Experience supporting campaigns that drive pipeline and measurable results
- Familiarity with:
- Paid media
- Email marketing
- Marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Experience with tools such as:
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
