The Senior Director of Pricing, Membership & Vendor Operations is accountable for end-to-end leadership of pricing execution, contract membership eligibility, and vendor chargeback operations across CuraScript Specialty Distribution. This role requires deep expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to ensure accurate pricing configuration, compliant chargeback recovery, and seamless alignment between commercial contracts, membership data, and downstream financial outcomes. Core Functional Accountability Pricing Operations • Own operational execution of pricing across CuraScript distribution channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with contracted terms. • Partner with Commercial, Finance, and Contracting teams to operationalize pricing structures, updates, and amendments. • Ensure pricing configurations align with membership eligibility, contract logic, and downstream billing and reimbursement workflows. • Lead controls and validation processes to prevent pricing leakage, margin erosion, or downstream revenue disruption. Membership & Vendor Chargebacks • Lead end-to-end vendor chargeback operations, including eligibility validation, submission accuracy, dispute resolution, and recovery timeliness. • Ensure tight alignment between membership data, pricing eligibility, and chargeback qualification. • Own operational readiness for audits, compliance reviews, and vendor inquiries related to chargebacks and pricing eligibility. • Identify and mitigate root causes of chargeback denials, under-recoveries, and process breakdowns. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Leadership Serve as the senior operational leader responsible for integrating pricing, membership, and chargebacks into the broader revenue cycle. Ensure data integrity across upstream and downstream processes, partner with Finance and Technology on reconciliation and controls, and drive continuous improvement to reduce revenue leakage and manual rework. People Leadership Lead and develop Directors, Senior Managers, and high-impact individual contributors. Build a strong leadership bench and foster a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated, financially sensitive environment. Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management, pricing operations, chargebacks, or pharmacy operations. • Demonstrated experience leading complex financial workflows with material revenue impact. • Strong cross-functional leadership skills spanning Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Technology. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 175,900 - 293,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan.
