Job Description
Submeter Operations Analyst
Entrata
• Accurately record daily & monthly meter reads for all submetered properties by specific predetermined dates • Perform a quality check on all first month billing properties to ensure accuracy of the initial read upload • Coordinate the setup, transfer, meter configurations, testing and documentation of new and transferred submetered properties • Complete daily research requests raised by utility billing specialists, utility management specialists, and implementation team members • Weekly calls with our submetering partner, Vitality, to ensure seamless meter maintenance and installations • Address completion of submetering maintenance and installs to make necessary billing adjustments • Understand and manage compatibility of submeter systems with Entrata • Work closely with the implementation team to identify and address potential issues early in the process such as incompatible systems or poor meter health • Assist in the development and implementation of new meter processes and best practices • Coordinate with Utility Service Managers to identify and fulfill on client needs related to submetering • Assisting team members, as needed, to fulfill their job duties • Accountability for meeting department metrics and KPI’s
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience is required in advanced analytics and reporting
- Mid-Advanced computer skills and experience with Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with or without supervision; a healthy desire to constantly succeed
- Ability to deliver quality results with strict deadlines
- Organizational skills needed to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, balance workload to achieve optimal results
