The company is looking for a DevOps Engineer. Focus: Development processes, build and deployment automation, and operation of components in Azure. Core Responsibilities - Setup, maintenance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps - Monitoring, logging, and alerting (integration with Azure-based monitoring services, log aggregation, dashboards, alerting) - Configuration and operation of Azure Container Apps (deployments, scaling, configuration, secrets) - Management of build environments and container images - Configuration and operation of development, test, and production environments (configuration management, environment variables, feature toggles) Extended Responsibilities - Support in performance analysis, capacity planning, and cost optimization of Azure resources - Ensuring security and compliance aspects in operations (access to pipelines, secrets management, secure network configuration) - Further development of delivery processes (release strategies, automation of quality assurance checks) Required Stack Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts), Azure Container Apps, Azure Monitor, Docker, secrets management, infrastructure as code. • Architect, upgrade, design, and build scalable infrastructure solutions leveraging Kubernetes, AWS, RDS (MySQL/Postgres), and modern distributed patterns. • Help drive the infrastructure team’s roadmap, leading us to higher levels of reliability, recoverability, and scalability. • Drive capacity planning, benchmarking, and work with the team to stress test our systems, find bottlenecks, and prepare for further growth in the business. • Define, maintain and enforce SLAs and alerts across our infrastructure. • Lead the teams towards stronger signal anomaly detection, better, more flexible alerting. • Help Lead Sezzle’s AI enablement efforts, identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation to enhance infrastructure reliability, developer productivity, and internal tooling. • Build in consistency and scalability across a distributed microservices architecture while maintaining performance and reliability. • Establish and evolve engineering best practices for observability, security, and CI/CD across teams. • Mentor engineers and champion a culture of learning, innovation, and operational excellence. • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and deliver results that matter.

• The primary responsibility of the Executive Director - Central Head of DevSecOps is to oversee the standards, tooling and organizations globally providing infrastructure, application security, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, automation and delivery lifecycle of solutions within Sands. • The DevSecOps functions globally will deploy and support cloud and on-premises infrastructure and services to meet the requirements of business or IT initiatives. • The teams will develop, maintain and execute infrastructure as code scripts and playbooks to automate deployment and maintenance tasks to ensure the availability, reliability, and efficient operation of the enterprise systems. • The Executive Director will work with the leads of DevSecOps globally to ensure consistency across their local disciplines, optimize solutions, and to ensure best practice DevOps and security measures are applied to the solutions. • The position demands someone who is highly technically competent, detail oriented, and driven to stay current with evolving technologies. • In this role, the Executive Director will be responsible for managing the global teams of DevOps Engineers, and AppSec Engineers responsible for overall technical security posture of developed applications and infrastructure. • The DevSecOps teams will work closely with the Corp IT and Corp Cyber Security leadership in coordinating the strategy, architecture and security initiatives and all auditing activities across all team activities. • A key part of the position is supporting compliance efforts related to secure SDLC processes and infrastructure.
