Software Acceleration Associate

• Drive outbound outreach and actively create qualified sales opportunities • Deliver compelling, value-driven messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects • Execute structured call, email, and LinkedIn engagement strategies • Partner closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion tactics • Strengthen your SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and hands-on platform experience • Demonstrate consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred but not required)
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Confidence engaging with decision makers across phone, email, and social channels
  • Ability to manage high volume, handle objections, and build pipeline
  • Desire to strengthen full-cycle SaaS sales skills in a closing role
  • Comfort working within structured goals, metrics, and performance expectations
  • A growth mindset and strong coachability
  • Willingness and ability to meet clients face-to-face as you grow your network and unleash sales success
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required
  • Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed
