We’re looking for a Junior Buyer to support our indirect procurement function across IT (SaaS), Marketing, Security, and more. In this role, you won’t just process purchase orders — you’ll help manage vendor spend, improve procurement workflows, and ensure we’re operating efficiently as we scale. You’ll partner closely across teams to make sure they have what they need, while helping the business stay disciplined and thoughtful about how we spend. You’ll report to our Senior Director of Procurement and play a key role in keeping our day-to-day procurement engine running smoothly. What Expel can do for you - Give you early ownership in a high-impact function that touches every part of the business - Provide exposure to cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and Marketing - Offer the opportunity to build foundational procurement skills in a growing SaaS company - Surround you with a collaborative team that values accountability, speed, and continuous improvement What you can do for Expel - Execute purchase orders for indirect purchases, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery - Own the SaaS lifecycle from sourcing and approvals through renewals and license deprovisioning - Manage renewal tracking to prevent auto-renewals and identify opportunities to right-size spend - Partner cross-functionally to ensure purchases align with security standards and budgets - Act as a resource for internal teams to help evaluate and source tools that meet their needs - Maintain procurement systems and support enforcement of company spending policies - Analyze spend and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs - Support contract negotiations and vendor conversations to secure favorable terms - Resolve issues related to invoices, deliveries, or vendor discrepancies What you should bring with you - 1–3 years of experience in procurement, operations, finance, or SaaS-related roles - Strong attention to detail, especially when working with contracts, data, and systems - Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly - Comfort working cross-functionally and following up to drive work forward - Basic understanding of contracts, renewals, or vendor management (or willingness to learn) - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests at once - Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Nice to have: - Exposure to procurement or contract tools like Airbase, Ironclad, DocuSign, or similar - Experience supporting SaaS tools, licenses, or indirect spend categories Additional information This role is remote and open to candidates based in the United States.Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - 7+ years in Sourcing; 0-3 years of people or project management - Material Requirements or Enterprise Resource Planning; contract negotiations - Able to travel up to 30% - domestically and internationally Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain - Experience with International Suppliers - SAP; proficient in Spanish or Mandarin The pay range for this position is $93,931.00 - $155,140.50; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies. What We Do The Title Coordinator works with multiple parties to coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process. Monitors and tracks the workflow from searcher and contractors. Coordinates multi-site project intake and transaction management. Reviews and validates the accuracy of data contained within mortgage loan files. Verifies file completeness, obtains outstanding title documents, and approves completed files. Performs special projects. Assists with title production support services and settlement services preparation.
