Job Title: Workday Functional Lead Job DescriptionThis role involves leading the HR functional aspects of Time, Absence, Payroll, and HCM within the Workday system. The position requires a deep understanding of Workday configurations and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Responsibilities - Plan and lead the development of Time and Absence prototype tenants and manage their migration. - Lead design decisions ensuring cohesiveness with other areas of the Workday HCM system. - Oversee and execute system testing processes. - Partner with business subject matter experts to ensure appropriate configuration of the system. - Understand unique business requirements and translate them into system configuration. - Appropriately escalate risks related to system configuration and integration.
