Position Summary The Business System Manager oversees the implementation, optimization and solution delivery of Insurity C1/SureMGA products within the organization under the CoE. This role involves managing system upgrades, understanding business requirements, working with stakeholders, and configuration development teams ensuring that C1/SureMGA solutions are tailored to meet these requirements, and liaising with various departments to understand their system needs. The Business System Manager will report to the Director of the CoE Functional Operations Team. What will your job entail? Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of business systems. - Collaborate with various departments to understand their system needs. - Analyze current business systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, or optimization. - Develop and implement system training programs for staff. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Liaise with vendors and manage system contractors. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in business systems. Qualifications: - 3+ years of supervisor lead experience. - Hands-on experience with configurable vendor policy administration systems; experience with C1 or Insurity products is strongly preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred). Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Technical & Functional Skills: - Strong understanding of Data Analytics and IT Infrastructure. - Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). - Working understanding of the agile scrum process. - Experience working with vendor-configurable platforms or third-party software solutions. - Basic SQL experience.
