• Maintain and evolve the Bank’s data governance policies, standards, and metadata practices in partnership with data owners, IT teams, and business users. • You’ll support the ongoing maturity of the data risk governance framework, including data controls, standards, and data quality monitoring processes. • Collaborate with IT, Data Governance, and business line partners to resolve data issues and ensure governance requirements are consistently met. • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that support enterprise-wide risk reporting across multiple risk disciplines. • Leverage Power Query, DAX, and optimized dataflows to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and scalability. • Partner with subject matter experts and risk leaders to define risk taxonomy, metrics, and reporting requirements. • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable insights and reporting solutions. • Serve as a Power BI subject matter expert within the Risk Division, promoting best practices and a strong data-driven culture.
Job Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (Required).
- You have four or more years of relevant experience in data analysis, data governance, or risk-related roles (Required).
- Experience working in financial services is preferred.
- You understand that an equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly capable Senior Manager or Director to lead Risk Adjustment Operations at Daymark while also serving as a core member of the Clinical Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of Clinical Operations, Finance, Product, and Data, and is responsible for ensuring we accurately capture patient complexity in a way that reflects the true clinical needs of our population. You will take the lead in building and scaling our risk adjustment approach, from identifying opportunities to embedding workflows into care delivery to driving measurable performance improvement. Beyond risk adjustment, this role is part of the broader Clinical Operations team and will flex into other high-priority operational initiatives, including market launches, care delivery workflows, and enrollment operations. Job Description: Summary: The Risk Adjustment Project Coordinator supports the risk adjustment initiatives for Excellus Health Plan. Will triage and track issues through resolution. Level III (in addition to Level II essential responsibilities/accountabilities): - Performs project management duties over small-tier risk adjustment or other initiatives as assigned. - Drives medical record retrieval activities in support of risk adjustment programs. - Works closely with Project Manager providing vendor oversight. - Assist Project Manager to determine project schedules, deliverables, assignments, tasks, project meetings (scheduling and meeting notes), status reporting, communication, and action items, as required. - Assist Project Managers and project teams to track work, tasks, and project assignments in order to keep projects on-time and within scope. - Serve as backup for Project Manager as needed.
