• Prospect into target accounts through a high-volume outbound motion (calls, email, LinkedIn) • Prioritize and qualify leads based on defined ICP (200+ endpoints focus) • Conduct cold outreach, with a strong emphasis on cold calling • Identify and engage the right personas within accounts • Collaborate with AEs to generate qualified pipeline • Research accounts and craft thoughtful, personalized messaging • Test and iterate on outreach strategies, messaging, and workflows • Contribute ideas to improve team processes, tooling, and approach • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in CRM

Job Requirements

  • 6–12 months of BDR/SDR experience (inbound + outbound)
  • Strong cold calling skills and comfort picking up the phone
  • Experience with lead qualification and account research
  • Exposure to cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a scrappy, startup environment—not dependent on tools or rigid processes
