Summary: This position is responsible for filing medical records into the patient’s OncoEMR chart from the Fax Server. The Fax Server Clerk working in an office will also be responsible for printing and distributing any faxes that do not need to be filed into the patient’s OncoEMR chart. Remote Fax Server Clerks will communicate with the office regarding documents that need to be printed and distributed. The Fax Server Clerk must be able to file fax the records in a timely and accurate manner. Fax Server Clerk position may be required to work remotely or in a clinic based on clinic or region needs. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES: - High School diploma/GED EXPERIENCE: - 1 year of general office experience. - Prior computer experience - Good organizational skills. - Knowledge of medical terminology and/or previous experience working in a medical office/hospital environment preferred.
