By coordinating delivery resources across apprenticeships, adult learning, and employability programmes, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our colleagues have the support, systems and planning needed to deliver excellent learner experiences. What you’ll do as a Resource Manager You’ll be entrusted to: - Manage resource planning to ensure colleague numbers align with delivery plans across all EST programmes, meeting operational, quality and regulatory targets. - Lead the operational support of tutors, trainers and coaches across Apprenticeships, Adult, Commercial, Horizontal and Employability courses. - Oversee recruitment, utilisation, performance management, welfare, motivation and development of delivery colleagues. - Ensure safeguarding, learner welfare, and health and safety are embedded in all delivery activities. - Support Training and Apprenticeship Managers and Segment Leads with the development and improvement of learning and delivery materials. - Work with operations colleagues, delivery partners and internal teams to support delivery planning, continuous improvement and programme updates. - Review monthly performance data to inform forecasting, delivery resource planning and programme management. - Maintain strong professional relationships and communication channels with delivery teams, partners and internal colleagues.
