• Oversee the investigation and resolution of complex, multi-state healthcare professional liability claims. • Independently manage coverage analysis, liability evaluation, reserves, negotiations, and litigation strategy. • Partner with insureds, counsel, and internal teams to deliver effective claim outcomes and underwriting insights.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of claim handling experience in healthcare professional liability or as an associate attorney defending healthcare liability litigation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and able to quickly learn claims management and case tracking systems.
